Activating the Zoom integration

Company Admin must follow below mentioned steps to enable Zoom:

  • Click “Profile” icon in the upper right and click on “Account settings” and then navigate to Integrations.
  • Read the description and enable by clicking “Connect”.
  • Sign in to Zoom with your credentials to finish the integration.
  • Authorize Glorri to access you Zoom account.
  • That’s it.

Disabling the Integration

  • Click “Profile” icon in the upper right and click on “Account settings” and then navigate to Integrations.
  • Click on “Disconnect” button to remove the integration

Removing the Glorri authentication in Zoom:

  • Access to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  • Click Manage - Installed Apps or search for the Workable app
  • Click the Glorri app
  • Click Uninstall

Scheduling a Zoom video meeting

  • Click “Interviews” tab in the upper left side of the Dashboard.
  • Click “Schedule interview” button.

  • Select interview date and time

  • Choose job to upload candidates
  • Type the name of the candidate to be interviewed
  • Choose Zoom interview from drop-down menu.
  • Type the name of your team members inside "Interviewers" input to invite team.
  • Customize your email template to sent to the candidate.
  • Leave note for your interview team.

  • When interview scheduled zoom link created automatically and a candidate will receive an email containing interview details . 
  • After candidate accept interview request, there will appear "Start Zoom meeting" button. User will click to button and redirect to zoom meeting.
