Activating the Zoom integration
Company Admin must follow below mentioned steps to enable Zoom:
- Click “Profile” icon in the upper right and click on “Account settings” and then navigate to Integrations.

- Read the description and enable by clicking “Connect”.

- Sign in to Zoom with your credentials to finish the integration.
- Authorize Glorri to access you Zoom account.
- That’s it.
Disabling the Integration
- Click “Profile” icon in the upper right and click on “Account settings” and then navigate to Integrations.
- Click on “Disconnect” button to remove the integration

Removing the Glorri authentication in Zoom:
- Access to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
- Click Manage - Installed Apps or search for the Workable app
- Click the Glorri app
- Click Uninstall
Scheduling a Zoom video meeting
- Click “Interviews” tab in the upper left side of the Dashboard.
- Click “Schedule interview” button.

Select interview date and time
- Choose job to upload candidates
- Type the name of the candidate to be interviewed
- Choose Zoom interview from drop-down menu.
- Type the name of your team members inside "Interviewers" input to invite team.
- Customize your email template to sent to the candidate.
- Leave note for your interview team.

- When interview scheduled zoom link created automatically and a candidate will receive an email containing interview details .
- After candidate accept interview request, there will appear "Start Zoom meeting" button. User will click to button and redirect to zoom meeting.
